The Digby mobile app allows student workers, volunteers, and library staff to complete a range of common library tasks, such as reshelving items, basic inventory, check in, and more, using their Digby-activated smartphones or tablets to scan library materials right in the stacks.
The following options are available once a user has signed into the app:
1. Location: Shows the branch that the user is signed in under.
2. Change branch: Used to change the branch/institution the user is signed in under (can also be changed under Settings).
3. Workflows: These are the workflows that are currently available in Digby. Tap the name of a workflow to get started.
4. User: Shows the account that the user is currently signed in under.
5. Settings: Used to update settings for notifications and sounds and the institution/branch that the user is signed in under.
6. Sign out: Tap to sign out of the Digby app. Users can also sign out under Settings.

The Digby app is included in your library's WorldShare Management Services subscription, but you will need to submit an activation request in order to start using Digby. To submit an activation request, complete the Digby Activation Request form.
Once Digby has been activated for your library, you'll need to download the app from the Apple app store for iOS devices or from the Google Play app store for Android devices.
To sign in to Digby:

Note: You can switch to another branch using the Settings option in the app or by tapping Change branch at the top of the screen.
Once a branch is selected, you will be signed into the app. Depending on your device settings, you may be prompted to allow Digby to take pictures and record video. You will not be able to scan barcodes until Digby has been granted access to use your device's camera.
