why am I getting a err_connection_timed_out with EZproxy
Symptom
When I click an EZproxy link my browser gives this error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
Resolution
1. Verify and correct the EZproxy DNS entries (https://help-it.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/EZproxy_configuration/Migrate_to_Proxy_by_Hostname#Proxy_by_hostname_configuration)
2. Check Firewall both institutional and local and make allow rules for EZproxy inbound and outbound

The error message indicates the connection is being blocked or the information is being sent to the wrong system.
