How do I resolve EZproxy max sessions issues

Symptom

Users keep getting an error page about the maximum number of session has been reached

Resolution
  1. Increase the number of maximum available session.  This value is default of 500 and it marked as MS or MaxSessions in the config.txt file
  2. Decrease the MaximumLifetime value to terminate idle sessions sooner.  This value defults to 120 minutes and is denoted as ML or MaxLifetime in the config.txt
  3. Sessions may also be terminated from the EZproxy server status screen.
