Order of columns in reservation table

The order of the columns in the Reservations Browse List may be changed from within the Supervisor module.

1. Launch the Amlib client
2. Navigate to Main > Supervisor > Installation
3. From the menu, select Installation > Choose Location – the Choose Location prompt will display
4. Select the relevant Location and click the OK button
5. Select the Circulation tab
   
6. Locate the Order of columns to display within Reservation setting
7. In the Value column, enter the column names in the order you wish them to display in the format from the table below, separated by a comma – for example:
   
   COLSSTK_TITLE,COLSSTK_LOC,COLSSTK_LOC_PERM,COLSSTK_LINE6,COLSSTK_FORM,COLSSTK_STATS_CODE
8. Click the F3 Save button when complete
9. Exit and restart the Amlib client for these changes to take effect

 Note: You do not need to type in all the column names. The columns that you do type in will be placed at the beginning of the table and the default will continue for any column names you have not typed in.
