How long will my files be in the FileX server?

Files containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as patron loads will be automatically deleted from the server after 30 days.
The retention of files in the /xfer/metacoll directory is 90 days. If files less than 90 days old are missing, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol and a description of the files that are missing. Files between 60 and 90 days old may be redelivered upon request to OCLC Support.
Files will be zipped after seven days.
