Why am I getting an Oops error when I search Discovery?

Resolution

 

 Verify that WorldCat.org is selected as a Default Database in the library's service configuration.


1.Go to OCLC Service Configuration
2.Click through this menu path:
> Metasearch Content> Default Databases and Licensed Content> Configure Databases to Search
3.Verify that Worldcat.org is listed and selected in the Enabled Databases for Searching tab
4.Verify that WorldCat.org is selected as a default database in the Group Configured Databases tab
