I am looking for COUNTER 5 reports in OCLC Usage Statistics but I get the message "Unable to display report"

Symptom

When you try to access a COUNTER report in OCLC Usage Statistics, you get the following error message:

Unable to display report

Unknown customer account

URL has unknown aid account reference [OCLC Symbol]

Applies to

Answer

The message "Unable to display report"  indicates that there are no usage stats from which to generate a report.  The COUNTER 5 reports display full-month data.  Your library does not have any full-month usage stats for the time frame selected.
