Unable to upload photos to CapiraMobile Staff Dashboard Media Library
Symptom
- After uploading photos to in the Media Library, the folder you uploaded them to is still empty.
- You may see a gray and white bar over the photo after you upload it.

Resolution
Make sure your image matches the following requirements, then try uploading again:
- Preferred image file type: .png
- Header images: Minimum: 768x120 / Maximum: 2048x258
- Button/Screen icons: Minimum: 200x200 / Preferred: 500x500
- Branch images: Minimum: 200x200 / Preferred: 500x500
- Note: For best results, only use square-shaped Branch images.
- Library card images: Suggested: 450x250 (16:9 aspect ratio)
