If your library will be open on certain dates (e.g., accepting returns) but you do not want patrons to make new pass reservations, you cannot achieve this globally through the Library > Dates settings. Marking a date as Closed in Library > Dates would prevent all transactions, including returns.
Instead, mark the dates as Not Available at the individual museum level:
- In MuseumKey, navigate to Museum > Dates.
- Select a museum.
- Mark the desired dates as Not Available.
- Repeat for each museum whose passes should be unavailable.
