Can LendingKey send staff an email when a kit is returned?

At this time, we do not offer this functionality. If your library has ILS Circulation enabled with LendingKey, the ILS may be able to send an email notification when the item is returned. Checking the item back in through Key Central will also trigger a check-in within the ILS, which could be used to generate that notification.
